Description
Ice Castle Limited 8x16 Fish House: 6-Hole Wide-Body Layout with Bunks, Dinette & Full Cooking Setup

The Ice Castle Limited 8x16 Fish House is built for anglers who want an 8-foot-wide wheelhouse with plenty of fishing capacity, dedicated bunk sleeping, a dinette, and a more complete cooking setup than a basic fish house. This configuration combines a single-axle hand-crank frame, 6 lighted fishing holes, factory-select paneling, cedar trim, vinyl flooring, a 48-inch dinette, three 30-inch bunks, 3-burner cooktop with oven, 30,000 BTU furnace, and entertainment prep.

The Limited 8x16 uses its wider interior efficiently. The dinette gives you a dedicated place to eat, rig tackle, or play cards, while the three bunks provide fixed sleeping surfaces without relying only on convertible sofa space. Six fishing holes keep the layout focused on hardwater use, while the oven, range hood, exterior receptacles, stereo, and TV prep add useful comfort for longer trips.

Is the Limited 8x16 a Good Fit for You?

The Limited 8x16 is a strong choice for buyers who want a wider single-axle fish house with six fishing holes, dedicated bunks, a dinette, and an oven-equipped cooking area without moving into a larger hydraulic RV layout.

A Strong Fit If You Want
  • An 8x16 wide-body fish house with six lighted fishing holes
  • Three dedicated 30-inch bunks instead of relying only on convertible furniture
  • A 48-inch dinette for meals, cards, tackle prep, and additional seating
  • A 3-burner cooktop with oven, furnace heat, TV prep, stereo, and exterior 110V power
Compare Another Layout If You Need
  • Hydraulic lowering instead of a hand-crank system
  • A full shower bathroom, water system, or RV tank package
  • A refrigerator or microwave included in the listed configuration
  • A slideout, fireplace, toy-hauler ramp door, or larger multi-zone floor plan
How This Limited 8x16 Layout Works
Six-Hole Wide-Body Fishing Floor
Six lighted holes spread the fishing positions through an 8-foot-wide interior, giving anglers useful elbow room without moving into a much longer house.
Three Dedicated Bunks
Three 30-inch bunks provide fixed sleeping surfaces that do not require converting the main dining area every night, making the layout convenient for anglers who regularly stay overnight.
48-Inch Dinette Adds Everyday Utility
The dinette gives you a dedicated place to eat, play cards, rig tackle, work on electronics, or simply sit down between bites.
Oven-Equipped Cooking Area
A 3-burner cooktop with oven and vented range hood give the Limited more meal-prep capability than many basic fishing-first models.

Important Fit & Setup Details
Confirm A/C & Toilet Equipment
Ice Castle's current factory description references air conditioning and a toilet-seat bathroom on the 8x16 Limited Edition, and OUTDOORICA's current product fields also indicate A/C and a toilet. Those items are not included in the supplied feature list for this build, so confirm whether they are included on the exact unit or custom order you are considering.
Sleeping Capacity
The supplied configuration includes three 30-inch bunks. OUTDOORICA currently classifies the model as sleeping 3, while Ice Castle's current factory page leaves the sleep rating blank. Review the actual bunk dimensions and arrangement for your group.
Weight & Towing
Ice Castle's current factory page does not publish a model weight for the 8x16 Limited Edition. Confirm the exact unit's certification-label weight, GVWR, tongue weight, loaded weight, hitch requirements, and tow-vehicle compatibility before towing.
