Shipping, Freight Delivery & Order Fulfillment
We want your order experience to be clear, secure, and as smooth as possible. Please review this information before placing an order, especially for large items that may ship by freight carrier.
Questions? Call 320-281-0424If your order has already shipped, OUTDOORICA cannot modify the shipping address. Please make sure your billing address, shipping address, phone number, and email address are accurate before submitting your order.
Some orders may require payment and address verification to help protect customers and OUTDOORICA from fraud, identity theft, and unauthorized transactions.
Freight delivery is different from standard parcel delivery through UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Freight shipments are commonly delivered by large trucks and may require a commercial location, loading dock, forklift, skid steer, tractor, pallet forks, or another safe unloading method.
For freight shipments, a commercial business address with a loading dock or proper unloading equipment is strongly preferred. Residential delivery, rural delivery, limited-access delivery, farm delivery, lake property delivery, cabin delivery, job site delivery, or delivery to areas with narrow roads, gravel roads, low-hanging trees, gates, steep driveways, or limited truck access may not be available for all products and may result in additional fees.
If a freight carrier cannot safely access the delivery location, if no one is available for the delivery appointment, or if the customer does not have the required unloading equipment, additional charges may apply, including storage fees, redelivery fees, return freight charges, limited-access fees, residential delivery fees, lift gate fees, or other carrier-assessed fees.
If you are unsure whether your order requires freight delivery, unloading equipment, commercial delivery, or lift gate service, please call OUTDOORICA at 320-281-0424 before your order ships.
Any shipment going by freight carrier will most likely require a commercial delivery location with a loading dock and/or loading equipment, such as a forklift, skid steer, tractor, pallet forks, or another safe unloading method, unless OUTDOORICA or the freight carrier notifies you otherwise.
Freight carriers are generally responsible for transportation, not unloading large or heavy outdoor equipment. The customer is responsible for having the proper people, location, access, and unloading equipment available at delivery.
Dirt bikes shipped directly to a customer may allow for lift gate service in some situations. Lift gate service is not automatically included unless confirmed by OUTDOORICA or the freight carrier before shipment. Availability depends on the carrier, delivery area, shipment size, product type, and destination accessibility.
Some orders are subject to OUTDOORICA's verification procedure to protect customers from credit card fraud, identity theft, and unauthorized purchases. We may ask you to verify that you are the card owner and that your order and ship-to information are legitimate.
This process rarely delays orders and generally involves a simple callback or email verification. If verification is required, you will be notified by phone or email. It is important to provide the correct billing address associated with your payment method, even if the shipping address is different.
Both your billing and shipping addresses may be verified before an order ships. Address verification is a precautionary measure designed to help protect customers and prevent fraudulent transactions.
If your billing and shipping addresses do not match, additional information may be required. This can delay shipment if we are unable to verify the order quickly.
For faster processing when shipping to an address different from your billing address, you may want to contact your card issuer to add the shipping address as an alternate authorized address, or use a verified payment method that confirms the ship-to location.
Shipments valued over $75 may require a signature upon delivery to help ensure the order is received safely. Larger, higher-value, or freight shipments may have additional delivery requirements based on the carrier and product type.
If a signature cannot be arranged and your shipment is returned, OUTDOORICA's restocking fee policy and return shipping policy may apply. Please contact us before placing your order if you have delivery concerns.
For logistical, carrier, and fraud prevention reasons, delivery address modifications or changes cannot be made after an order has been approved for shipment or has already shipped.
All orders must be delivered to the original shipping address specified at checkout. Re-route, hold, delayed delivery, or address correction requests must be made before shipment and may not always be available.
Many products typically arrive within 5-7 business days from the order date, but timelines can vary based on product size, availability, payment verification, freight requirements, carrier capacity, weather, destination, and seasonal demand.
Allow approximately 2-3 business days for order processing, verification, staging, and tracking updates.
Allow approximately 3-5 additional business days for delivery after the order has shipped.
Custom outdoor equipment may take 1 to 3 months or longer before shipping, depending on the product and build schedule.
Large items may ship by freight carrier and may take longer than standard parcel delivery.
Larger products, including items such as deer hunting blinds, skid steer attachments, large outdoor equipment, and other oversized products, may require freight shipping.
Most freight deliveries will require a loading dock and/or a piece of loading equipment such as a forklift, skid steer, tractor, pallet forks, or another safe unloading method, unless OUTDOORICA or the carrier notifies you otherwise.
Freight carriers are generally responsible for transportation, not unloading large or heavy products. The customer is responsible for making sure the delivery location can safely receive and unload the shipment.
Additional freight-related charges may be assessed by the carrier and are the customer’s responsibility when caused by delivery access issues, missed appointments, lack of unloading equipment, refused delivery, address changes requested after shipment, or other customer-controlled delivery issues.
Please contact OUTDOORICA at 320-281-0424 before shipment if you believe a lift gate is needed.
Freight carriers may contact the customer before delivery to schedule an appointment. Please respond promptly to carrier calls, voicemails, emails, or text messages to help prevent delays.
The customer is responsible for being available during the scheduled delivery window and for having any required unloading equipment ready before the carrier arrives.
Missed delivery appointments, inaccessible delivery locations, lack of unloading equipment, refusal of delivery, or failure to respond to the carrier may result in additional storage fees, re-delivery fees, return freight charges, limited-access fees, residential delivery fees, lift gate fees, or other carrier-assessed charges.
If you are concerned about delivery access, appointment timing, or unloading requirements, please call OUTDOORICA at 320-281-0424 before your order ships.
Customers are strongly encouraged to pick up eligible orders at the OUTDOORICA physical store located at 209 County Rd 156, Albany, MN 56307. Store pickup can help eliminate shipping costs, reduce delivery risk, and allow customers to inspect their product before leaving.
Eligible products can be shipped directly to your location. Shipping fees, timelines, and delivery requirements vary based on product size, weight, destination, carrier, and delivery accessibility.
Customers purchasing Ice Castle Fish Houses must come to our physical location at 209 County Rd 156, Albany, MN 56307 to pick up their product. Ice Castle Fish Houses cannot be shipped directly to the consumer under any circumstances.
Most orders are shipped through FedEx, UPS, USPS, or freight carriers for larger items. Once your order ships, tracking information will typically be emailed to the address associated with your order.
Tracking updates may take time to appear after a label is created. Freight shipments may also require carrier scheduling before final delivery.
Due to the size, weight, packaging, and fulfillment method of certain outdoor goods, your order may arrive in multiple packages or separate shipments on different days.
This is common with larger outdoor equipment, deer hunting blinds, skid steer attachments, accessories, and orders containing products from multiple fulfillment locations. Please reference all tracking numbers included in your shipping confirmation.
Please inspect all items upon receipt. OUTDOORICA must be notified of any incorrect, missing, or damaged items within 48 hours of delivery.
For freight deliveries, inspect the shipment before signing whenever possible. If damage is visible, take photos, clearly note the damage on the carrier delivery receipt or bill of lading before signing, and contact OUTDOORICA immediately. Do not sign freight paperwork as received in good condition if visible damage is present.
To help document a damage claim, photos should include the product, packaging, pallet or crate, shipping label, visible damage, and delivery paperwork or bill of lading when available. Keeping the original packaging may also help with the claim review process.
If a product appears severely damaged, contact OUTDOORICA as soon as possible for guidance. In many situations, documenting the damage properly is the fastest way to help resolve the issue.
Once an item has been installed, used, assembled, modified, or put into service, returns or exchanges may not be available. We recommend inspecting and test-fitting equipment before installation or use.
Customers are responsible for securing packages and products after delivery. Please make sure someone is available to receive valuable, oversized, or freight-shipped items.
OUTDOORICA is not liable for packages or products lost, stolen, damaged, or moved after confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
If you refuse delivery of your order after it has shipped, you may be responsible for restocking fees, non-refundable items, original shipping charges, return shipping costs, freight charges, storage charges, or re-delivery fees. These costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
If you selected a shipping method that incurred additional costs, those shipping fees will not be refunded if you attempt to cancel or return the product after shipment.
For damaged or incorrect items, do not simply refuse delivery unless directed by OUTDOORICA or the carrier. When possible, accept delivery, document the issue with photos, note the damage with the carrier, and contact OUTDOORICA immediately. Refused shipments can delay resolution because the product must return to the facility before replacements, claims, refunds, or next steps can be processed.
Confirm your shipping address, billing address, phone number, and email address before placing your order.
Make sure the delivery location can safely accommodate the carrier vehicle and unloading process.
Have a loading dock, forklift, skid steer, tractor, pallet forks, or other safe unloading method ready when required.
Inspect your shipment promptly and report incorrect, missing, or damaged items within 48 hours of delivery.
If you are ordering a large item, shipping to a non-commercial address, or are unsure whether freight unloading equipment is required, please call or email OUTDOORICA before your order ships.
