Partial Returns for Bundles
Partial returns may be allowed for eligible bundle items that were not required to be purchased together. Refunds may be adjusted based on discounts, promotions, financing terms, or package pricing. Partial returns are not available for final sale, non-returnable, special-order, freight-shipped, clearance, closeout, blowout, or package-discounted purchases unless approved by OUTDOORICA in writing.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products and purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, cancellation, or exchange, except where required by law or where a verified manufacturer defect is handled through the applicable manufacturer warranty process.
1. UTVs, Powersports Units, Dirt Bikes, and Motorized Vehicles
All UTVs, side-by-sides, powersports units, dirt bikes, pit bikes, go-karts, motorized vehicles, and similar equipment are final sale and not returnable. This includes, but is not limited to, Landmaster, Segway, Argo, and any other UTV, side-by-side, ATV, XTV, dirt bike, pit bike, or motorized vehicle sold by OUTDOORICA.
2. Lawn Mowers, Snow Blowers, and Outdoor Power Equipment
Lawn mowers, riding lawn mowers, zero-turn mowers, push mowers, robotic mowers, snow blowers, outdoor power equipment, commercial equipment, and similar powered equipment are final sale and not returnable.
3. Ice Castle Fish Houses
All Ice Castle Fish House purchases are final sale. Deposits, down payments, and payments toward Ice Castle units are non-refundable once OUTDOORICA has begun processing, sourcing, preparing, scheduling, or fulfilling the order.
4. Outdoor Buildings, Sheds, Saunas, Cabins, Shelters, and Similar Structures
Outdoor buildings, sheds, saunas, cabins, shelters, animal shelters, greenhouses, garages, chicken coops, playhouses, and similar structures are final sale and not returnable once ordered, built, modified, delivered, scheduled for delivery, or placed into production or fulfillment.
5. Skid Steer Attachments, Implements, and Heavy Equipment
Skid steer attachments, implements, buckets, grapples, augers, snow pushers, snow blades, land levelers, pallet forks, trenchers, tree pullers, and similar heavy equipment or attachments are final sale and not returnable once ordered, shipped, delivered, picked up, mounted, installed, modified, used, or placed into service.
6. Used, Installed, Damaged, Fueled, Registered, or Customer-Assembled Products
Products are not returnable if they have been used, installed, mounted, damaged, altered, fueled, charged, registered, titled, assembled, modified, programmed, customized, or otherwise placed into service after purchase. Products assembled by the customer or by a third party on the customer’s behalf are not returnable.
7. Products Assembled, Prepared, or Inspected by OUTDOORICA
OUTDOORICA assembly, preparation, inspection, or service does not make a product returnable if the product is otherwise final sale, non-returnable, freight-shipped, special order, clearance, closeout, blowout, as-is, or included in another non-returnable category in this policy.
8. Custom, Special-Order, Sourced-to-Order, or Modified Products
Custom-patterned, custom-painted, customized, modified, configured, sourced-to-order, dealer-traded, factory-ordered, or special-order products are final sale. Once custom work, sourcing, freight booking, dealer preparation, assembly, modification, or shipment has begun, the product and related labor, freight, shipping, and processing charges are final sale and non-refundable.
9. Products Missing Required Materials
Products missing required paperwork, manuals, hardware, accessories, keys, chargers, batteries, remotes, parts, attachments, safety labels, decals, serial number plates, title documents, warranty documents, or components are not eligible for return.
10. Clearance, Closeout, Blowout, Display, Demo, Discounted, or As-Is Items
Products marked or sold as clearance, closeout, blowout, blowout sale, final sale, discontinued, discounted due to condition, discounted due to age, discounted due to prior model year, overstock, liquidation, display model, demo unit, scratch-and-dent, open box, used, pre-owned, or as-is are final sale and not returnable.
Blowout items are deeply discounted products that may be reduced due to limited availability, discontinued status, older model year, packaging condition, display status, cosmetic condition, inventory reduction, manufacturer closeout, seasonal markdown, or other promotional pricing. Because blowout pricing is offered as a final-sale discount, blowout items are not eligible for return, refund, cancellation, exchange, price adjustment, or post-purchase discount.
Products sold as-is are accepted by the customer in their stated condition at the time of purchase, pickup, or delivery. Cosmetic condition, prior use, mileage, hours, packaging condition, minor scratches, minor dents, weathering, display wear, missing packaging, discontinued status, older model year, or other disclosed or visible conditions are not grounds for return, cancellation, refund, chargeback, or exchange.
This section does not limit any non-waivable rights under applicable law or any valid manufacturer warranty that may apply.
Large Products, Freight, and Nationwide Shipping
OUTDOORICA is located in Albany, Minnesota, in Stearns County, and ships certain products nationwide. Some products are large, heavy, oversized, high-value, motorized, powered, assembled, crated, palletized, or shipped by freight carrier.
These products may require special handling, third-party freight carriers, residential delivery appointments, liftgate service, terminal pickup, dealer preparation, assembly, inspection, crating, palletizing, storage, or other logistics services.
All freight, delivery, shipping, handling, crating, palletizing, residential delivery, liftgate, storage, re-delivery, refused shipment, rerouting, address correction, limited-access delivery, and related transportation charges are non-refundable once incurred.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is correct, accessible, and suitable for delivery of the product ordered. Additional charges caused by incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, inaccessible locations, missed appointments, storage, carrier delays, re-delivery, liftgate service, terminal delays, limited-access delivery, or special handling are the customer’s responsibility.
Freight and large-product delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. OUTDOORICA is not responsible for incidental or consequential costs related to delivery timing, including lost time, lost wages, missed appointments, rental costs, storage costs, installer delays, project delays, or travel expenses.
Large Product Cancellations
Orders for large products, freight-shipped products, vehicles, powersports units, UTVs, dirt bikes, lawn mowers, snow blowers, Ice Castle Fish Houses, skid steer attachments, outdoor buildings, special-order products, custom products, clearance items, closeout items, blowout items, and as-is products may not be canceled once OUTDOORICA has begun processing, sourcing, ordering, preparing, assembling, inspecting, modifying, scheduling freight, or shipping the product.
If OUTDOORICA approves a cancellation as an exception, the customer remains responsible for all costs already incurred, including freight, shipping, return freight, storage, assembly, setup, inspection, documentation, processing, merchant fees, financing fees, payment processing fees, and other related charges.
Delivery Inspection and Damage Claims
Customers are responsible for inspecting all products at the time of pickup or delivery. For freight deliveries, customers should inspect the packaging and product before signing the delivery receipt or bill of lading whenever possible.
- Visible shipping damage should be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt or bill of lading before signing.
- Customers should take clear photos of the packaging, pallet, crate, product, serial number, delivery receipt, and any visible damage.
- Damage, missing items, delivery issues, or order errors must be reported to OUTDOORICA within 48 hours of delivery.
- Customers must retain packaging, pallets, crates, wrapping, and shipping materials until OUTDOORICA or the carrier determines whether they are needed for a freight claim.
- Failure to inspect the shipment, note visible damage, retain packaging, provide photos, or report damage within 48 hours may limit or prevent OUTDOORICA’s ability to assist with a freight claim, replacement part request, repair request, refund request, or manufacturer warranty request.
Do not refuse a freight shipment without written direction from OUTDOORICA. Refusing delivery may result in additional freight, storage, return shipping, re-delivery, and handling charges. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable unless OUTDOORICA determines that refusal was authorized or required due to OUTDOORICA’s error.
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, undeliverable, returned by the carrier, or unable to be delivered due to customer action or inaction, OUTDOORICA may deduct all original freight, return freight, storage, handling, processing, and related charges from any eligible refund. If the charges exceed any refundable amount, the customer remains responsible for the balance to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Customer Acceptance of Delivery
Customer acceptance of delivery, pickup, carrier delivery confirmation, signed bill of lading, signed delivery receipt, terminal pickup record, photographic proof of delivery, or delivery to the customer’s designated address, representative, carrier terminal, installer, storage location, farm, business, residence, or job site is evidence that the product was delivered and received.
Acceptance of pickup or delivery confirms that the customer received the product in the stated condition at the time of delivery, subject only to properly documented shipping damage claims, valid manufacturer warranty coverage, or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
If the customer authorizes another person to receive, inspect, sign for, pick up, transport, install, store, or accept delivery of the product, that person’s acceptance is treated as acceptance by the customer.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
OUTDOORICA works hard to resolve customer concerns quickly and fairly. Customers agree to contact OUTDOORICA first at help@outdoorica.com before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, financing dispute, or similar claim with a bank, credit card company, payment processor, lender, lease-to-own provider, or financing company.
A chargeback, payment dispute, financing dispute, or third-party claim does not cancel the customer’s order, does not create a right to return a non-returnable product, does not make non-refundable charges refundable, and does not change this policy.
For shipped, picked up, delivered, or fulfilled orders, OUTDOORICA may provide the payment processor, lender, financial institution, card network, financing company, law enforcement, collections agency, or legal representative with order records, checkout records, accepted terms, signed receipts, invoices, delivery confirmations, tracking information, freight documents, bills of lading, carrier records, photos, email communications, text communications, call notes, warranty records, product serial numbers, VINs, pickup records, IP address information, address verification information, and other documentation showing the order, shipment, delivery, customer authorization, customer acceptance, and applicable policy terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, customers may be responsible for costs caused by improper, false, fraudulent, or unsupported disputes, including return freight, storage, collection costs, payment dispute fees, chargeback fees, attorney fees where recoverable, and reasonable costs incurred by OUTDOORICA to recover unpaid amounts or protect its rights.
Customers who retain possession of merchandise after receiving a refund, reversal, payment dispute credit, chargeback credit, financing reversal, or other payment reversal may still be responsible for returning the product in accordance with OUTDOORICA’s instructions or paying the remaining balance owed, unless otherwise required by law.
Order Verification and Fraud Prevention
OUTDOORICA reserves the right to verify customer identity, billing information, shipping information, payment authorization, financing approval, delivery details, and product-use information before processing, preparing, releasing, or shipping any order.
OUTDOORICA may request additional documentation for high-value, freight-shipped, motorized, financed, special-order, out-of-state, mismatched billing/shipping, or suspicious orders. This may include identification, signed authorization, verified billing address, verified shipping address, phone confirmation, email confirmation, financing confirmation, or other reasonable verification.
OUTDOORICA reserves the right to cancel, delay, or refuse any order that appears suspicious, presents elevated fraud risk, contains mismatched billing or shipping information, cannot be verified, involves suspected unauthorized payment use, or cannot be safely, lawfully, or commercially fulfilled.
For certain high-value or high-risk orders, OUTDOORICA may require payment by wire transfer, ACH, cashier’s check, verified financing, or another approved method before shipment or release of the product.
Manufacturer Warranty
Some products may include a manufacturer warranty. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer, not OUTDOORICA, and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms, exclusions, registration requirements, claim procedures, inspection requirements, maintenance requirements, and approval.
OUTDOORICA may assist customers with warranty information when possible, but OUTDOORICA does not guarantee that a manufacturer will approve any warranty claim, repair, replacement, reimbursement, or other remedy.
Manufacturer warranty service does not make a final sale or non-returnable product eligible for return or refund through OUTDOORICA.
Warranty coverage, if any, may be affected by misuse, abuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, improper assembly, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, commercial use, racing, rental use, off-road use, accident damage, environmental exposure, fuel issues, battery issues, wear items, cosmetic damage, transportation damage after delivery, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
Defective Products
If a product appears to have a manufacturer defect, the customer must notify OUTDOORICA promptly and provide photos, documentation, serial numbers, VINs where applicable, and proof of purchase.
Defective products may be handled through repair, replacement parts, replacement, store credit, manufacturer warranty assistance, or another remedy at OUTDOORICA’s discretion and subject to applicable manufacturer policies.
Manufacturer defects do not automatically make a final sale or non-returnable product eligible for return or refund. Many large products, powered products, vehicles, attachments, and equipment products are serviced through the manufacturer’s warranty process rather than returned.
Normal wear, cosmetic concerns, maintenance items, setup adjustments, loose fasteners, tire pressure, battery charging, fuel-related issues, improper assembly by the customer or a third party, misuse, abuse, neglect, failure to follow the owner’s manual, transportation damage after delivery, unauthorized modifications, commercial use where excluded, or damage caused by improper operation are not considered returnable defects.
OUTDOORICA will not reimburse third-party repair, diagnostic, towing, hauling, labor, storage, rental, service, installation, travel, or related charges unless OUTDOORICA approved the expense in writing before the expense was incurred.
Free Exchanges for Defective Items
Defective products that are eligible for exchange may be exchanged for the same item at no additional cost, including shipping, after approval by OUTDOORICA. This does not apply to final sale or non-returnable products unless OUTDOORICA approves an exception in writing or the remedy is required by law.
Katapult Financed Orders
Orders placed using Katapult lease-to-own services through PayTomorrow are subject to OUTDOORICA’s Terms & Conditions and all standard return processes outlined in this policy.
- Only eligible products may be returned and must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging, paperwork, manuals, hardware, accessories, parts, keys, chargers, batteries, and components.
- Final sale and non-returnable products remain non-returnable even if financed or leased-to-own.
- If Guaranteed Delivery was purchased, that item or service is considered used once all physical items have been successfully delivered or if a guaranteed delivery case has been opened.
- Approved returns may be assessed a 20% restocking fee, plus original outgoing and return shipping expenses, as well as the cost of guaranteed delivery, if applicable.
- Returns must be processed using OUTDOORICA’s approved shipping method and supplied shipping labels when applicable.
- The restocking fee, shipping-related expenses, and guaranteed delivery costs, if applicable, must be paid upfront before OUTDOORICA will provide return authorization.
- Contact help@outdoorica.com to begin the return process.
Additional Disclosures
- Returned items must be new, unused, complete, and approved by OUTDOORICA before return shipment.
- OUTDOORICA will not reimburse labor charges, installation fees, assembly fees, diagnostic fees, third-party service charges, towing, hauling, fuel, lost time, rental charges, lost profits, inconvenience, travel expenses, lodging, missed work, project delays, storage fees, or incidental expenses.
- Customers must inspect products upon receipt and report damage, shortage, or order error within 48 hours.
- Product photos, descriptions, specifications, colors, accessories, dimensions, weights, capacities, availability, and manufacturer details are provided for general informational purposes and may vary by manufacturer, production run, model year, configuration, or availability.
- OUTDOORICA is not responsible for manufacturer specification changes, discontinued models, factory delays, carrier delays, weather delays, road restrictions, or delivery delays outside OUTDOORICA’s control.
- Pricing, availability, promotions, discounts, blowout pricing, freight estimates, and product information are subject to correction in the event of typographical errors, system errors, supplier errors, pricing errors, inventory errors, or manufacturer changes.
- OUTDOORICA reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders affected by pricing errors, product listing errors, inventory errors, fraud concerns, verification issues, shipping limitations, or fulfillment problems.
- Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Business Discretion
OUTDOORICA reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, cancellation, exchange, or warranty assistance request that does not meet this policy or appears to involve misuse, damage, missing parts, customer assembly, unauthorized modifications, transportation damage, product abuse, improper operation, altered serial numbers, incomplete documentation, refused delivery, abandoned shipment, suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, payment dispute abuse, or abuse of the return process.
Any exception made by OUTDOORICA in one situation does not create a waiver of this policy or require OUTDOORICA to make the same exception in the future.
