Show one reasonable form of documentation verifying your qualifying status. If it does not contain a photo, we may also ask to see a government-issued photo ID.

Show any one of the following:
- Valid U.S. military or Uniformed Services identification card.
- Valid Common Access Card (CAC) showing qualifying military affiliation.
- Current military orders or other official documentation showing active military, National Guard or Reserve status, accompanied by a government-issued photo ID.
Veterans & Retired Military
Show any one of the following:
- VA Veteran Health Identification Card (VHIC).
- VA Veteran ID Card (VIC), including an official digital VIC.
- DoD or Uniformed Services retired military identification.
- State-issued driver's license or ID displaying a Veteran designation.
- DD Form 214, NGB Form 22 or other official discharge or separation documentation accompanied by a government-issued photo ID.
Sensitive information such as Social Security numbers may be covered or redacted as long as enough information remains to reasonably verify eligibility.
Law Enforcement
Show any one of the following:
- Current department- or agency-issued law enforcement photo identification.
- Current official law enforcement credentials accompanied by a government-issued photo ID.
- Verification of active peace officer status through an applicable official licensing database.
- Current agency employment verification accompanied by a government-issued photo ID.
A badge by itself may not be sufficient verification.
Firefighters
Show any one of the following:
- Current fire department-issued identification or credentials.
- Current department membership or employment identification.
- Current municipal, volunteer or qualifying fire-department verification accompanied by a government-issued photo ID when needed.

- Current EMS agency-issued identification.

- Verification through an applicable official EMS licensing or credential database.
- Current qualifying EMS, ambulance, fire or emergency-response agency verification.

Documentation is used only to verify eligibility. OUTDOORICA does not require customers to surrender, copy, photograph, scan or leave a military or DoD identification card with us.
OUTDOORICA may request alternative verification when eligibility cannot reasonably be confirmed and may decline the discount when acceptable verification is unavailable or misuse or fraud is suspected.

Heroes Discount Rules & Exclusions
Generally not stackable: Unless OUTDOORICA specifically states otherwise, the Heroes Discount cannot be combined with other OUTDOORICA coupons, discounts, promotions, blowout pricing, clearance pricing or other specially reduced offers.
- In-store only. The qualifying transaction must be completed at OUTDOORICA in Albany, Minnesota.
- Customer must request the program. The Heroes Discount must be brought up and requested before checkout and cannot be added to a completed purchase.
- Verification required. The qualifying customer must be present and eligibility must be reasonably verified.
- Specially priced transactions may be excluded. Clearance, blowout, heavily discounted, damaged and certain specially priced transactions may not qualify.
- Consignment transactions do not qualify.
- Old Hickory Buildings do not qualify.
- Sales tax, finance charges, freight and delivery are excluded unless OUTDOORICA specifically states otherwise.

Additional government-issued photo identification may be requested when needed.
Is the Heroes Discount available online?
No. The Heroes Discount is an in-store program. The qualifying customer must request the discount and complete the eligible purchase at OUTDOORICA in Albany, Minnesota.
What products can qualify?
Many qualifying new and used products may be eligible, including Ice Castle fish houses and other fishing and camping products, powersports vehicles and UTVs, outdoor power equipment, lawn and robotic mowers, electric rides and e-bikes, hunting blinds, skid steer attachments and Amish cabins.
