Used 2016 Ice Castle Mille Lacs 8x16 Fish House - 8 Lighted Holes, Sleeps 5

Eight fishing positions give this 8x16 an impressive fishing-focused floor plan, while fishing-hole lighting adds convenience for early mornings, evenings, and long days on the ice.

The sleeping arrangement gives this Mille Lacs a confirmed capacity of five, making it a practical option for family trips, fishing buddies, or longer weekends on the ice.

This 2016 Mille Lacs presents very well for a pre-owned fish house. The wood interior, cabinetry, flooring, seating areas, kitchen, bathroom, and exterior give it a clean and well-kept appearance.

Furnace heat provides the comfort you want for Minnesota winter fishing, while roof-mounted A/C expands the usefulness of the house during warmer-weather trips.

The rear dinette creates a dedicated place for meals, cards, conversation, or organizing tackle without taking away from the main fishing area.

The 8x16 single-axle crank-down configuration gives you useful interior room and serious fishing capability without immediately stepping into a larger tandem-axle wheelhouse.

Eight lighted fishing holes are positioned throughout the floor, giving anglers multiple places to set up while still maintaining a usable path through the house.

The dinette gives you a dedicated place for meals, cards, conversation, or getting tackle organized before the next bite.

Two 30-inch bunks provide dedicated sleeping surfaces, while the 68-inch jack-knife sofa gives you comfortable daytime seating and additional overnight flexibility.

A 3-burner cooktop, oven-equipped cooking area, microwave, sink, countertop space, and cabinetry give you the ability to prepare meals without leaving the fish house.

The enclosed bathroom area with toilet seat adds useful privacy and convenience during long fishing days and overnight trips.

The wood-lined walls, cabinetry, camo window treatments, wood-look flooring, and storage give the interior the comfortable cabin feel many Ice Castle buyers want.
