Upon approval of a warranty claim, Swagman will replace products or parts, either the same model or a comparable substitute, within a reasonable time. This warranty is non-transferable and subject to limitations and exclusions. Exclusions include Swagman soft goods (e.g., tailgate pads, RV bike bags, and straps). Swagman will warranty these products against manufacturer defects in materials and from production for one year from the original purchase date.
