Important Landmaster UTV Purchase Disclosure

All Landmaster UTV purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, cancellation, or exchange once ordered, prepared, assembled, inspected, shipped, delivered, picked up, financed, titled, registered, or placed into service.

Landmaster UTVs are large, motorized, dealer-prepared, and/or freight-shipped products. By purchasing this Landmaster UTV from OUTDOORICA, the customer acknowledges that the unit is being purchased in the stated condition at the time of sale, pickup, or delivery.

Please review all specifications, model details, color, options, accessories, pricing, delivery requirements, warranty information, and OUTDOORICA’s Returns & Cancellations Policy before placing your order.

Shipping, Delivery, and Customer Verification

If a customer requests this Landmaster UTV to be shipped, OUTDOORICA may require additional verification before the order is processed, prepared, released, or shipped. This may include confirmation of customer identity, billing information, delivery address, receiving location, delivery contact, unloading capability, and written acknowledgment of the delivery terms.

Any Landmaster UTV unit that is shipped must be delivered to an approved location with proper unloading capability. The customer is responsible for confirming that the delivery location can safely and legally receive a large UTV shipment.

The customer may be required to acknowledge in writing that they understand and assume the risks associated with freight delivery, including carrier delays, delivery scheduling, access limitations, unloading requirements, inspection obligations, freight damage procedures, refused shipment costs, storage fees, re-delivery fees, and other delivery-related issues outside OUTDOORICA’s direct control.

OUTDOORICA reserves the right to delay, refuse, or cancel shipment if the customer does not complete requested verification, does not provide a suitable delivery location, does not confirm unloading capability, or does not provide required delivery-risk acknowledgment.

Freight, shipping, delivery, handling, crating, palletizing, residential delivery, liftgate, storage, re-delivery, rerouting, address correction, refused shipment, assembly, setup, inspection, documentation, processing, and related charges are non-refundable once incurred.

Delivery Inspection Required

Customers must inspect the Landmaster UTV and all packaging, crate, pallet, and delivery documents at the time of pickup or delivery. For freight shipments, visible damage should be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt or bill of lading before signing.

• Take photos of the UTV, packaging, crate, pallet, serial number/VIN, and any visible damage.
• Report damage, missing items, delivery issues, or order errors to OUTDOORICA within 48 hours of delivery.
• Retain all packaging, pallets, crates, wrapping, and delivery documents until the issue is resolved.

Failure to inspect the shipment, note visible damage, retain packaging, provide photos, or report issues within 48 hours may limit or prevent OUTDOORICA’s ability to assist with a freight claim, warranty request, replacement part request, repair request, refund request, or other remedy.

Landmaster Manufacturer Warranty

Landmaster warranty coverage, if any, is provided by the manufacturer and is subject to Landmaster’s warranty terms, exclusions, registration requirements, maintenance requirements, inspection requirements, claim procedures, and approval.

OUTDOORICA may assist customers with warranty information when possible, but OUTDOORICA does not control or guarantee manufacturer warranty approval, repair, replacement, reimbursement, or processing time.

A warranty issue does not automatically make a Landmaster UTV eligible for return or refund through OUTDOORICA. Many warranty concerns are handled through inspection, parts, repair, service, or manufacturer warranty assistance rather than product return.

Product Photos, Specifications, and Availability

Product photos, colors, accessories, specifications, dimensions, weights, capacities, features, model details, range, speed, availability, and manufacturer information are provided for general informational purposes and may vary by model year, production run, manufacturer updates, battery condition, terrain, load, weather, configuration, installed accessories, or availability.

Range, speed, towing capacity, payload capacity, and performance figures are estimates or manufacturer-provided specifications and may vary based on use, terrain, temperature, maintenance, load weight, tire pressure, battery condition, driving style, accessories, and other real-world conditions.

OUTDOORICA reserves the right to correct product listing errors, pricing errors, inventory errors, specification errors, freight estimate errors, and manufacturer information changes. OUTDOORICA may cancel or refuse orders affected by pricing errors, product listing errors, inventory errors, shipping limitations, verification issues, or fulfillment problems.

Questions, Concerns, and Payment Disputes

OUTDOORICA works hard to resolve customer concerns quickly and fairly. Customers agree to contact OUTDOORICA first at help@outdoorica.com before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, financing dispute, or similar claim.

For shipped, picked up, delivered, or fulfilled Landmaster UTV orders, OUTDOORICA may provide order records, accepted terms, invoices, receipts, delivery confirmations, tracking information, freight documents, bills of lading, carrier records, photos, email communications, text communications, call notes, warranty records, serial numbers, VINs, pickup records, address verification information, payment verification information, delivery-risk acknowledgments, and related documentation to the payment processor, lender, financing provider, card network, or financial institution to verify the order, shipment, delivery, customer authorization, customer acceptance, and applicable policy terms.

Customer Acknowledgment

By purchasing this Landmaster Touring Edition AMP 4x4 UTV, the customer acknowledges and agrees that this product is final sale, non-returnable, and subject to OUTDOORICA’s Returns & Cancellations Policy. If the customer requests shipment, the customer further acknowledges that OUTDOORICA may require additional verification and written delivery-risk acknowledgment before shipment. The customer understands that shipped units require an approved delivery location with proper unloading capability, and that freight, shipping, delivery, handling, setup, inspection, documentation, processing, storage, re-delivery, refused shipment, and related charges are non-refundable once incurred.
