Limited Lifetime Warranty Swagman will warranty its products against manufacturer defects in materials and from production during original ownership. Original purchase receipts must accompany all warranty claims. Swagman reserves the right to request claim-related information from the product owner, including, but not limited to, images of the product, vehicle, and mounted equipment (bikes, kayaks, or assorted cargo). Upon approval of a warranty claim, Swagman will replace products or parts, either the same model or a comparable substitute, within a reasonable time. This warranty is non-transferable and subject to limitations and exclusions. Exclusions include Swagman soft goods (e.g., tailgate pads, RV bike bags, and straps). Swagman will warranty these products against manufacturer defects in materials and from production for one year from the original purchase date.
