NOTE: If your order has already shipped, we CANNOT modify the shipping address.
Some orders are subject to OUTDOORICA's verification procedure to protect you from credit card fraud or identity theft. We may ask you to verify that you are the card owner and that your order and ship-to information are legitimate. This process rarely delays orders and generally involves a simple callback or email verification at sales@outdoorica.com.
If verification is required, you will be notified by phone or email. It is important to provide the correct billing address associated with your card, even if the shipping address differs.
Verifying Your Payment and Address
Both your billing and shipping addresses are verified before an order ships. Address verification is a precautionary measure to ensure your safety and prevent fraud. If your billing and shipping address do not match, additional information may be required, potentially delaying shipment.
For faster processing when shipping to an address different from your billing address, contact your card issuer to add the shipping address as an alternate address or use PayPal's "Confirmed" shipping address program.
Signature Requirements for Delivery
Shipments valued over $75 may require a signature upon delivery to ensure they are received safely. If a signature cannot be arranged and your shipment is returned, our restocking fee policy will apply. Please review our Return Policies for more details. Order Delivery Modifications
For logistical and fraud prevention reasons, delivery address modifications or changes cannot be made after orders are approved for shipment. All orders must be delivered to the original shipping address specified at checkout. Re-route, hold, or delayed delivery requests must be made before shipping.
Guaranteed Delivery
OUTDOORICA offers Guaranteed Delivery, ensuring the items in your order are covered against loss, damage, or theft during the shipping process. Add this option at checkout for peace of mind. Order Fulfillment & Delivery Timeline
Products typically arrive 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS from the order date. The timeline is as follows:
- Processing: Allow 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS for order processing and tracking information updates.
- Shipping: Allow an additional 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS for delivery.
- Custom Orders: Custom outdoor equipment may take 1 to 3 months to complete before shipping, depending on the product.
- Freight Shipping: Larger products, such as deer hunting blinds, skid steer attachments, or fish houses, may require freight shipping. Freight shipping timelines can vary and may take longer than standard shipping methods.
Pickup Option vs. Shipping:
- In-Store Pickup: Customers are strongly encouraged to pick up their orders at the OUTDOORICA physical store located at 209 County Rd 156, Albany, MN 56307. This option eliminates shipping costs and ensures faster receipt of your product. Simply select "Store Pickup" at checkout to take advantage of this convenient option.
- Shipping: Eligible products can be shipped directly to your location. Shipping fees and timelines vary based on the product size and destination.
Ice Castle Fish Houses: Customers purchasing Ice Castle Fish Houses must come to our physical location at 209 County Rd 156, Albany, MN 56307 to pick up their product. This product cannot be shipped to the consumer under any circumstances.
Tracking / Shipment Notifications
Most orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or freight carriers for larger items. Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to the address associated with your order. You can also access tracking details by logging into your OUTDOORICA account.
Split Deliveries
Due to the size and nature of certain outdoor goods, such as deer hunting blinds or skid steer attachments, shipments may arrive in separate packages and on different days. Tracking updates can be accessed using the tracking numbers provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Receiving Your Shipment
Inspect all items upon receipt. OUTDOORICA must be notified of any incorrect or damaged items within 48 hours of delivery. Once installed or used, returns or exchanges cannot be processed. We recommend test-fitting equipment prior to installation.
Securing Your Delivery
Customers are responsible for securing packages upon delivery. Unless Guaranteed Delivery was purchased, OUTDOORICA is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
Refusing Delivery of Your Order
If you refuse delivery of your order after it has shipped, you are responsible for restocking fees, non-refundable items, and return shipping costs. These will be deducted from your refund.
If you selected a shipping method that incurred additional costs, those shipping fees will not be refunded if you attempt to cancel or return the product. For damaged or incorrect items, accept delivery and contact OUTDOORICA immediately to resolve the issue. Refused shipments delay resolution as the items must return to our facility before replacements can be sent.
